Who We Treat

Private Clients

All walk in clients are welcome, you do not need a referral to see a Physiotherapist.

If you have Private health insurance, don’t forget to bring your card. We will swipe it for you and you will just have to pay for the gap fee. We accept all major health insurers.

NDIS Physiotherapy

We welcome all clients under the NDIS who require Physiotherapy.

Please give us a call to see whether we are able to help you with your disability. The sessions last for 1 hour and can be done at your home or in the clinic. Report writing is an integral part of the continuation of your NDIS plan hence we include that in our service.

Medicare/EPC

Also known as Chronic Disease management Plan/Enhance Primary Care program. This is a referral given to you by your GP to see a Physiotherapist. There is a limit of 5 sessions per calendar year.

TAC Clients

We provide rehabilitation services to those who have been in a motor vehicle accident and require Physiotherapy.

You will need to have a Claim number from TAC before seeing a Physiotherapist. Once you arrive, we will double check that you are covered to have treatment and the sessions can begin. You can also call us to confirm before attending the clinic to save time

Workcover Clients

We provide rehabilitation services to those who have had a workplace accident and require Physiotherapy. You will need a claim number from your respective insurer and will need to be approved for treatment. Please call us in advance or visit the clinic to confirm.

DVA (Veteran Affairs)

We take white and gold card holders and the sessions are all covered by the DVA. You will need an approval from your GP confirming that you have sessions to use for Physiotherapy.

Aged Care and Home Care Packages

We take on aged care clients who have home care packages through their provider. We are able to attend to your home for Physiotherapy or alternatively you can attend the PhysioDen Clinic here at Clyde North. Please provide contact details of your provider so that we can contact them to organise your sessions.
