We assess your muscle strength, balance and functional movement patterns and then address the deficits through various muscle activation techniques using resistance bands, body weight and gym based exercises.

We have a range of gym equipment on site so that you can perform the correct exercises for your needs. Equipment include dumbbells, barbells, squat rack, kettlebells, smith machine and clinical Pilates.
